The first step to more growth
"Tell me where you stand. I will tell you honestly if and how we can help." – Robin Junglas, Co-Founder muun

What sets muun apart from other Shopify agencies?
Many agencies deliver implementation. We deliver growth. The difference: We do not think in tickets, but in levers – and we take responsibility for the result, not just for the delivery. As a strategic partner, we accompany your shop from analysis to implementation and optimization – and ask ourselves with every measure: What does this mean for conversion, AOV, or retention? If you are looking for a pure implementation agency, you are in the wrong place. If you want to grow, you are in the right place.
We had bad experiences with agencies. Why should it be any different now?
The problem with most agencies is not a lack of transparency – it is a lack of accountability. Nice reports, but no goals. A lot of activity, but no responsibility for results. We work differently: before we start, we define clear target figures together – conversion rate, AOV, revenue. Every month, we measure whether we are achieving them. If we are not, it is addressed – not covered up with sugar-coated slides. Direct communication, hard numbers, no excuses.
Can we also book individual services, e.g., just CRO or just development?
Technically yes – but we achieve our strongest results when we work holistically. Why? Because conversion, retention, and technical implementation don't work in isolation from one another. An optimized checkout is of little use if the post-purchase flows are missing. Strong email flows are of little use if the shop doesn't convert. We combine Shopify development, CRO, and – via Flutter – also native app development for retention. The synergy is the real lever. Nevertheless, we are open to a targeted entry into a specific area – but we will always be honest about where we see more potential.
How quickly will we see initial results?
That depends on the area. For technical fixes and quick wins in the CRO area, we often see measurable changes in conversion rate or AOV within the first 4–6 weeks. Structural measures – new flows, relaunch projects, app integrations – realistically take 2–3 months for the impact to show in the data. We don't promise miracles, but we work in a data-driven and comprehensible way.
How much does it cost to work with muun?
Our model is based on a monthly flat rate, which is oriented towards the revenue level of your brand, plus an hourly budget for implementation. This way, you know what to plan for monthly - and only pay for real work, not for hot air. We will provide specific figures during our first meeting once we understand what you need.
We are only at 500k-1M in revenue. Are we already big enough for muun?
For brands with under 500k in revenue, working together is usually not worth it yet – the leverage is simply too small. From 500k upwards, it makes sense if you seriously want to scale to 2–5M and are ready to invest in infrastructure. You don't have to be perfectly positioned – but you should have a product that works and the will to grow in a structured way.
Do you also work with brands outside of Shopify?
Our focus is clearly on Shopify – this is not a limitation, but a choice for depth over breadth. If you are currently on another platform and are considering migration, we can assess this in a discussion. Those who want to remain permanently on WooCommerce or Magento are not in the best hands with us.
How does the onboarding process actually work?
Initial conversation (30 min.) – we understand your shop, your goals, and your current situation. After that, either a shop analysis in which we identify concrete levers, or directly a proposal with scope and conditions. Onboarding usually takes 1–2 weeks, then we are operational. No month-long setup process, no death-by-kickoff.
